mettle leadership gauge (MLG): 360º feedback

Leadership is a key channel through which people in an organisation receive cultural messages. The way leaders conduct themselves, how they make decisions, how they use their time and the quality of their relationships all contribute to creating a culture, and either support or inhibit the achievement of strategic goals.

The Mettle Leadership Gauge (MLG) is a statistically valid and reliable online tool used to measure and provide feedback on how well a leader’s behaviours align with the organisation's target culture and performance of the business as a whole.

The MLG is based on the same qualities that make up the Mettle Culture Gauge (MCG) and reveals the extent to which the qualities are being demonstrated by leaders within an organisation. This provides a deeper understanding of which behaviours are either enhancing or limiting an individual’s performance as a leader.

The MLG provides self description (Personal Results) and feedback from others (Mirror Results). Participants receive a one-on-one debrief (or a group debrief), five reports and a development guide.
