Mettle can provide the design and execution of leadership development programs that are tailor-made for client organisation. Although we tailored our leadership workshops for each level of seniority and for the context and strategy of the client organisation, Mettle has many subjects of intellectual property that have been found to be universally applicable to all leadership program in all types of clients with whom we have work with.

These programs would be developed for each managerial level, respecting the experience and leadership challenges of each position. Mettle could develop six levels of leadership development initiatives, targeted to the following transitions:

• From Managing Self to Managing Others
• From Managing Others to Managing Managers
• From Managing Managers to Functional Manager
• From Functional Manager to Division Manager
• From Division Manager to Group Manager
• From Group Manager to Enterprise Manager

Each of the six major leadership passages requires specific shifts in skills, time allocation and values, and, therefore, must be the focus of leadership development programs. Mettle would design leadership programs to meet these requirements.
