We use our Mettle Focused Messaging process to create a cohesive storyboard that will enable leaders to be aligned in the way they communicate, engage and are committed to the future. The process is comprised of following steps:
- Identify succinct messages linking culture to business vision, goals and tactics
- Ensure leaders understand and have tools for their role as communicators
- Establish context for HR strategy (can be followed by HR review and plan)
- Lay the groundwork for the engagement of staff
